Nature of the service
LabX is a platform for finding medical laboratories and booking laboratory tests. The platform is not a healthcare provider; it does not perform tests, interpret results, or give medical advice. The laboratory may hand you the result on paper or send it to you inside the app; in the latter case the result is stored temporarily for seven days and then deleted automatically, as described in the Privacy Policy.
In an emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your data and the confidentiality of your credentials. The phone number is optional, is used only for service communication, and is never used to sign in.
Laboratories
Laboratory accounts are activated and verified by the platform administration. Laboratories are responsible for the accuracy of their details, services, and prices, and for performing the tests they accept. Sponsored placements and promotions are paid for, clearly labelled, and do not represent a medical recommendation.
Bookings
A booking is a request until the laboratory confirms it. The laboratory may accept, reject, or propose a new time; you may cancel an active booking from the app. Payment is arranged directly with the laboratory outside the app.
Acceptable use
Impersonation, misleading data, or any use that harms the platform or its users is prohibited. Violating accounts may be suspended.
Liability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available and accurate, and we are not liable for laboratory services, test results, or indirect damages.
Changes and contact
